Stopped hot flashes in 2-3 days

I got this and it stopped my hot flashes in a couple of days. I'm very grateful bc my dr took an extra 3wks to call in a very similar rx.

Helping to balance my glucose

I'm in my late 30s. I started having issues with my blood glucose becoming extremely elevated a couple years ago after being on beta blockers for 20 months pp. Despite having an adrenalectomy for the blood pressure and not taking beta blockers any longer, adhering to a strict diet while maxing out protein consumption, intermittent fasting and exercising I was not making progress in improving my glucose. Earlier this summer I started using a continuous glucose monitor and noticed I had almost normal fasting glucose levels during ovulation, a fasting glucose of 280 when I menstrate, and somewhere in between for the rest of the month. I started using the estrogen and progesterone cream about a month ago and my glucose numbers have dramatically improved and I am no longer having pain in my toes from high glucose.
