How do I create an account?

Create an account anytime by clicking on Create an Account in the upper right hand corner of the web site. Enter your personal information, your email address, create a password and then click submit. You will then receive an email from Dr. Randolph’s Wellness Store confirming your account.

I forgot my password.

If you forgot or want to reset your password, click on log in and then click, “Forgot your password?”

Enter your e-mail address and continue.  You will receive an email with a link and instructions on how to reset your password.

How do I change my password?

You can use the same process as Forgot Password to change your password at any time.

Can I add multiple mailing addresses to my account for easy access later?

Yes! You can add several billing and shipping addresses.  Just log in and click on View Addresses and then, Add a New Address.

What type of payments do you accept?

At Dr. Randolph’s Wellness Store we accept all leading credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express as well as PayPal.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is an alternative way to quickly and safely pay for your supplement order online. The service gives customers another simple way to pay for their order without sharing financial information, and with the flexibility to pay using their account balances, bank accounts, or credit cards. You can register for a PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/signup/account.

Do you accept telephone orders?

Yes we do. Telephone orders are accepted Mon – Fri 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. EST. To place a phone order, please call us at 904-249-4372.

How do I use a Gift Card?

Gift cards can be purchased in denominations of $25, $50 or $100, and are delivered electronically with instructions on how to redeem at checkout.

When will I receive confirmation that my order is being processed?

After entering your payment information and clicking on the "Place My Order" button, you will be taken to the order confirmation page. This page serves as your receipt and should be printed out for your records. In addition, you will also receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Will I receive confirmation that my order has shipped?

Yes, you will receive an e-mail when the order has shipped.

Can I place an order and have the shipment sent to an address other than mine?

Absolutely! On the billing and shipping page you will be prompted to indicate whether your shipping address is the same or different than your billing address. If you indicate "different," you will be prompted to choose a shipping address (if you already have multiple addresses in your account) or enter a new shipping address.

How do you ship orders and what does it cost?

All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is free for orders of $100 or more. For orders under $100 there is a flat fee of $5.00.

Do you ship orders internationally?

Sorry, but currently we can only ship to addresses in the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

How do I view my order history?

Log into your account and then click on Order History.
