Works for me

I started this cream at the suggestion of my health coach in October 2025 and it has definitely boosted my libido, though I am in peri-menopause still. My hot flashes slowed down also, but that could be tied to the weather cooling down. No effect on my brain fog, but I love the libido effect and will happily continue.

The amount of cream needed is too large

One pump covers both thighs and forearms and I'd recommend cutting it down to 1/6 the amount especially since people don't use this for their skin like estriol cream. I can't comment on quality because I don't know what to expect from it and I'm using their Bi-est estrogen but they killed the hot flashes in 2 days.

Definitely feeling a difference!

I'm noticing less bloating, and maybe even some weight loss as my system seems to be rebalancing. Also have more energy throughout the day. Have been using it 2x a day, and plan to go for 25 days and then 5 days off.
