I have only taken it for 2 weeks but I think I notice a difference in my energy level. I am also taking Methl-HC with it, so hoping to keep feeling better energy and metabolism!

Fantastic product! Give me energy but not like caffeine. Better than Synthroid. I feel so much better! I take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Great product!
